5 new contemporary urban townhomes within a residential historic district. 2006
The design was shaped by the vernacular early modern traditions of the district. The clarity and minimalist approach established fits within the context of the neighborhood without attracting attention to it.
To mitigate the size of the lot and the parking requirements the units make use of open, efficient floor plans.
